With a broad depth of operational and above-property experience in the luxury hospitality tier, she provides seasoned insights and actionable strategies for companies to successfully realize their visions. Her achievements range from facilitating a C-suite-sponsored customer recognition program across 7,000 properties globally to directing special projects from the president's office at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

While working at The Ritz-Carlton Corporate Headquarters, Hilary developed a global communications strategy to reinforce the company's vision and key success factors.
